Big changes happening to this busy corner! Painted scottsburg proud! New parking lot coming in the next few weeks. Building is 90% spoke for. It will house 7 businesses when complete, all small and locally owned.

Have you ever woke up and thought I’m going to convert a pharmacy to an amazing coffee and icecream place? This was a major project because the concrete floors. We had to cut the floors to get the utilities to the front. We added a drive through window. It was a ground up project for use. We did the complete layout.

Another huge project. This space has been unused for a long time period and not updated for at least 20 years. We did a kitchen layout, installed all equipement, requiring updated utilities, brought back those 1800’s floors exposed brick, added a conference room and a party room. We are very proud of this space.

This was a ground up business for us and we learned a lot during the process.

This was a huge project. The building had been abandon for about 13 years. We went in with w sledge hammer and removed numerous walls and exposed brick. We provided a layout to the customer and got the state release and permits required to open restaurant. Again redoing floors for an amazing look. That huge pizza oven we moved in with a tractor. If you look close at ceiling we preserved history by using old base boards to mark where walls were originally.

This space was originally renovated for a salon. All utilities were upgraded from a bygone era. Ceiling tiles replaced, lighted upgraded to the point you can effectively work, flooring upgraded. The owner has done an amazing job of decorating and setting a great ambiance.

Another updated space from another time period. This space had to be fully renovated and stucco walls repaired. The floors had to be repaired and painted to match the theme of the space. Lighting updated and a commercial kitchen added to rear of space.

We renovated this space for a salon for Nina, we exposed the walls, restored the 1800’s floors (no minor task), updated all utilities and installed a mini split. The space has an amazing ambiance now.

We want to update the list we are at 25 business we have helped get going. And have 3 more on the list for 2024.

So far in 2021, we have helped 7 small business get started. In 2022 we have 4 more signed on. We still have about 6,000 sq ft to fill. For apartments we have plans on : 2 studios; 2 one bedrooms; 3 two bedrooms; and one 5 bedroom house. It’s going to be a busy year.
