Straight to jail 🚫

1. Taking over priced listings that just sit on the market and only hurt the seller
2. Not executing staging, ideally it’s ACTUAL staging but in a pinch virtual staging does wonders and lately we are even executing virtual video staging.
3. Bad listing photos. Honestly, iPhone photos are the first thing people think of here but professional photographers are cranking out terrible photos.

These three things will truly crush your chances of selling in today’s less than easy market for sellers.
