If I were selling my house in 2026… here’s what I would do differently to get the most money.

Every seller wants top dollar.
But this market is different than 2022 or 2023.

There’s more competition.

12 years ago we brought Odin formerly “Bogart” home! We were told not to pick you, but you had been in four homes in a year and a half. I am so thankful! You brought joy I didn’t know I could have, you brought unconditional love I didn’t know I deserved & years of complete and utter joy. after months of delays, decision fatigue, subcontractor issues, and expensive mistakes.
