Every seller wants top dollar.
But this market is different than 2022 or 2023.

There’s more competition.

So if I were selling my home today, I wouldn’t just throw it on the market and “test the price.”

I’d focus on:

12 years ago we brought Odin formerly “Bogart” home! We were told not to pick you, but you had been in four homes in a year and a half. I am so thankful! You brought joy I didn’t know I could have, you brought unconditional love I didn’t know I deserved & years of complete and utter joy. You are kind, you are patient, you gave everyone around them the greatest smiles, cuddles and kisses 😘 I’m heart broken 💔 but I know you’re no longer suffering in this world. This client brought me in mid-build…
after months of delays, decision fatigue, subcontractor issues, and expensive mistakes.
