Before you go shopping for a home we should sit down and go through a buyer consultation. My goal is to be sure you understand the process of buying a home and I discover your wants and needs. After the consultation I will do a complete home search and show you only the homes in your criteria. Once you have found your dream home I will negotiate the best price possible and guide you through the process until the keys are in your hand. For Sellers:
I have been a listing agent since 2005. Knowledge of our market is critical when it comes to pricing and establishing a strong marketing plan to sell your home. I work with investors as well as traditional buyers and sellers which gives you a unique advantage when selling your home.
