3 reasons I’ll always recommend a cul-de-sac if you can find one 👇

1️⃣ Less through traffic
Fewer cars coming and going makes a huge difference, especially with kids running around outside.

2️⃣ It actually feels like a neighborhood
Cul-de-sacs naturally create more interaction with neighbors, kids playing outside, and that old-school neighborhood feel that’s harder to find.

3️⃣ Buyers love them too 🏡
Privacy, less traffic, and that neighborhood feel can make cul-de-sac homes especially desirable when it’s time to sell.

And yes... watching this little guy cruise around without a care in the world might make me slightly biased 😂

Living in Arizona means spending half the summer asking the same question... “what can we do INSIDE today?” 😂🌵

Yes, I know... SCHEELS isn’t exactly breaking news. But did you know there’s a kids playground hidden inside? 👀

The entire place basically feels like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s had a baby... then decided it needed a Ferris wheel. 😂

Arizona real estate can look VERY different depending on which part of the Valley you’re searching 🌵🏡

Median home prices across Maricopa County range from the $400Ks in cities like Glendale and Surprise, to over $1 million in Scottsdale, and several million in Paradise Valley.

Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Peoria all fall somewhere in between, which is why simply saying you want to “move to Phoenix” doesn’t tell me nearly enough.

Your budget might work in several Phoenix suburbs, but the lifestyle can be completely different.

Commute, restaurants, schools, lot sizes, newer vs. older homes, walkability, nightlife, golf, proximity to Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix... all of it matters when deciding where to live.

That’s why finding the right area comes before finding the right house.
