If you're at all interested in buying Real Estate in Scottsdale now is NOT the time to wait... new data shows homebuyers in the Luxury Market ( one of the hardest hit submarkets during Covid-19) have returned full force in May.

With that being said, there is still room for opportunity with the market being down 15% from May year over year .

According to realtor.com’s Luxury Housing Report, the luxury market actually outpaced the rest of the housing market in both price growth and views.
