Many people make the mistake of thinking that they'll save money by not using a realtor to sell their home.

They may think that they won't have to pay a commission by using an Ibuyer (like one that rhymes with Snopen Bore), but in reality Ibuyers also charge a commission they just call it a "seller charge."

Or they think that by selling it For Sale By Owner (FSBO) they'll net more, but that's often not the case. They may save the commission, but they don't get the highest price for their home so they end up leaving money on the table.

An experienced real estate professional can often sell your home faster and for a higher price which means more money in your pocket!

As a member of the Mayor's Committee for People with Disabilities, I was happy to attend the State of the City address for where I heard about all the amazing things happening in Chandler. Did you know that Chandler will be home to the largest facility in the world? Pretty cool.

Mayor .hartke also kicked off the Chandler Changemakers initiative which aims to highlight the amazing youth in our community. I was blown away by the ingenuity, compassion, and dedication to service that these young people possess. I can't wait to see what they do next!

In a seller's market, pricing doesn't matter. Who else has heard this? 🤚

The truth is that if your home is competitively priced, it will likely sell faster and for more money.

Let me give you an example.

Let's say you want to sell your home for $575,000. Your neighbor said he sold his home for $575,000 and you have the exact same house. What your neighbor doesn't tell you is that his realtor listed the house at $550,000 and it was bid up to $575,000.

What's the difference?

At $550,000 buyers thought they were getting a great deal and were willing to go over asking price to get the home. If the home had been priced at $575,000 when every other similar property was priced lower, then maybe the deal is not so great and buyers may not even place an offer.

This is just one scenario that demonstrates the importance of proper pricing.

An experienced real estate agent can help you properly price your home for maximum profit.
