I teach my kids what we are doing as a family with our finances and investing strategies.

They drive for dollars with us, walk properties with us, discuss pros/cons of properties and more. School will never teach them these lessons. Even with an MBA myself, I’ve learned 10x more actively and passively investing in real estate.

Raised by a “Poor Dad” but I have a Doctorate, the abilities and means now to be a “Rich Dad” to my 3 kids.
