An outdoor kitchen that actually makes sense for Arizona, especially in this heat!

Most outdoor kitchens in Scottsdale are a grill pushed against a wall with no shade and nowhere to prep. This one has a built-in range hood, stone countertops, a full sink, pendant lighting, and French doors that open the entire back of the house.

In 23 years, I've watched buyers make their decision standing right here. The outdoor kitchen seals it more often than the primary suite does.

Raised in Scottsdale, and monsoon season still catches me off guard sometimes.

July and August are when the storms get serious in Scottsdale. The kind that roll in off the McDowells with zero warning, drop the temperature 20 degrees in an hour, and leave the desert smelling like rain on hot creosote. There is nothing quite like it.
