Negotiating down a home by over a half million dollars..$575k took a..multiple attempts, having the sale thisclose to falling apx 20x, but coming up with ways to save it until I almost keeled over from stress….was so fun! Honestly, I live for the challenge. Happy for my investor client & can’t wait to see how the re-model turns out.
