Interesting information for the Phoenix/Scottsdale markets. Expectations are that we will see more house inventory coming from the Airbnb’s listings. The vacancy rates are high and market is over saturated by the short term rentals. A lot of the owners will choose to convert them into long term rentals or sell. That will be a positive development for the home buyers who are looking for the houses to purchase.
