The real estate market is always shifting, which can make it difficult to keep up. So how do you shift in a shifting market so that youโ€™re setting the right tone with your clients? Over the next few Monday's we will be looking at some helpful tips and tricks to make sure youโ€™re always ahead of the market. The fifth way this week is.....

5. Stop โ€œLead Generatingโ€ and start โ€œNeed Generating.โ€ Focus on contributing and being of service rather than only gaining a lead.

Success lies in your daily routine. Reflect over the last 3 to 6 months and the tips above and consider the following four questions: What do you need to keep doing? What do you need to be more intentional about? What do you need to stop doing? What do you need to start doing? Get real with yourself and answer honestly. If you do that, thereโ€™s no doubt that youโ€™ll be successful when another shifting market comes along.
