Her career took her across North America and eventually back to Arizona, where she held leadership roles with major organizations like Caesars Palace and the Arizona Diamondbacks. When the hospitality industry came to a halt during COVID, Amy saw an opportunity to pursue a long-standing interest in real estate. After learning the business under strong mentorship, she launched her own career and quickly built a reputation rooted in integrity, honesty, and genuine care for her clients. Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time 🙌🏼

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics. But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk. ❌

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing. ❌

And going in with a low offer “just to see” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious. ❌

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

Have you ever seen this document before??🧐About 5-6 years ago, it was basically standard practice to see multiple offers on the majority of homes in the Phoenix Valley. 🏜️

As the market moved and opportunities changed, I hadn’t seen or used this form in well over a year. Wellllll, guess what!? Times are changing again! In the past 5 days alone, I have been on the less lucky side of being presented with a multiple offers counter on behalf of 2 different buyers, in 2 completely different parts of town, in 2 completely different price points. HUGE win for sellers on the fence about listing right now! And I’ll say HUGE win for my buyers too as I was able to secure deals on BOTH of these multiple offer situations to get them under contract on homes they truly love! 💪🏼

This video never made it to the internet. AND this home never went active on the MLS… Instead, it closed at full ask, a mere 25 days after the sellers signed my listing agreement and 19 days after this video made it to my inbox! 🤯

How does this happen one might ask? We had a strategy, a game plan, a back up plan (and back up offer) and knowledge of the market. Sure, sometimes it’s luck. With this one, we knew what we were doing the whole time. ✨
