My annual Christmas message, for the year 2025:

Let's be honest, Christmas can be a season of mixed emotions for some. There are always going to be challenges. That's life.

It marks the end of the year, with something new happening very soon.

For some, the year behind us was difficult and uncertain, with more challenges than expected, yet there is always the opportunity to adjust course and create a brighter future. For others, it may have been the best yet, with a steady progress you wish to carry into the new year.

It's a reminder of the reason for the season. A reminder to keep going, as the year is not finished, the story is not yet complete, and your energy still matters. (This is something I must remind myself of often.)

The season can be a renewal. A sense of renewed energy, where connecting with friends, family, and loved ones becomes a joyful experience.

However this year ends, I hope and wish all of you a peaceful, prosperous New Year ahead. There's more work to be done, and someone has to do it.

😃Story time: What started as renting with roommates, turned into homeownership just a short time later. Having just graduated from ASU, he rented for a year, then moved back in with family to save money 💰

My client was then in a position ready to buy and we looked at options. Condos, homes that stretched the budget to the max, ultimate dream homes, and homes that needed love. I reminded him to be realistic. It's step one... not forever.💡We found this one that checked the boxes and needed some improvements, but it was move in ready. ✅️

It made sense.

That's when I went to work. Negotiated a great deal with credits for a rate buydown, home warranty, the move in date we wanted, and much more. More than $25,000 in total. 😮 WOW! Yes, it's possible to get a fantastic deal. 👏

My clients are clients for life. I see them grow in life, including their careers. They grow into the next chapter of their lives and representing them during these transitions is the most rewarding experience. There relationships that I form creates this experience. There are thousands of choices, and I am honored to be the one chosen.

Congratulations on this next chapter and I cant wait to see what you do to this house to make it a home. Your own home!

DIRTY! 🤢 We are preparing a new listing for sale when I looked up and said, YIKES! The details matter 💡

Whether you're selling or not, when did you last change your home air filters? Can't remember? OOOOOF 🫠

CHANGE THEM! Your HVAC system will work more efficiently and your air will be cleaner. You may have more than one depending on your system and the nunber of air intakes you have.

Some newer homes may have a fresh air filter for air pulled from outside too. Contact a trusted HVAC technician if you have questions about your system.
