If you know him, you know he’s always up LONG before the sun, constantly mastering a new hobby, searching for the best hole-in-the-wall food spot, and dreaming up his next adventure.

He loves experiencing new cultures, making memories, and finding joy in the simple things.

The biggest mistake sellers make right now? Overpricing from the start.

I get it.

Sellers want to believe the highest number possible. Maybe you just spent $40k on a new roof, remodeled the kitchen, or need a certain number to make your next move work. But the market doesn’t price homes based on what we need it to be worth… it prices them based on the data.

Today’s buyers are savvy and can spot an overpriced home instantly. And ironically, homes priced strategically from day one often create more demand and can actually net sellers more in the end.

Pair the right pricing with strong marketing, high visibility, strategic negotiation, and that’s where the magic happens.

And sellers… patience matters too. Even well-priced homes can take time in this market.

The #1 thing my buyers are asking for right now?

A casita or separate living space. Hands down.
