Accepted an offer only 19 days on market when the average for other sales in the neighborhood range from 60-180 days on market 😎 Always grateful for a super smooth, cash sale. Clients on both ends were incredible, patient, reasonable, and understanding which is all us agents can ask for 😇

We just closed on this beautiful, 2018 built home yesterday 🙌🏼
We went under contract in just 4 days, got our clients over asking price, and negotiated a 30 day post-possession AT NO EXTRA COST for our sellers!
This transaction was a huge team effort and I’m so grateful for to work with and get things done with tons of support 💓

🔥UNDER CONTRACT (BEFORE GOING ACTIVE - 0 DOM!)🔥
I’ve been working with these clients since July - they weren’t quite ready or in a rush to sell. Finally we decided to go “coming soon” while they were still moving things out of the house and we didn’t even have interior photos yet. We had tons of interest right away, finally got some agents and their buyers in the door to see it, and ended up taking an AMAZING offer they could not refuse! Really justifies that it’s still a good time to sell, especially with the right pricing and marketing. Communication is key ESPECIALLY with other agents when you have a “coming soon” listing that isn’t ready to show ASAP. I honestly haven’t seen the kind of offer we accepted around since last spring, so it’s been quite a pleasant experience and very rewarding after having a relationship with these clients for so long. 🙌🏼

So happy for these clients! 🥰💓

Closed on this cute little condo last Friday! It was a VERY rocky transaction, a lot of circumstances to meet since our seller just purchased in June…but we made it work!! Closed in 15 days and now our client can move on and not worry about paying a 2nd mortgage or being a landlord.

Super grateful that we went under contract in just 18 days! Only took a little over a month for the entire process to be finished. The lower price ranges still move pretty quickly!

Another October closing! This condo was in Uptown Phoenix, one of my favorite areas 🤩 Our client had it vacant for quite some time, and just didn’t have any real use for it aside from cashing out on her equity. The inspection period was a little concerning but I managed to negotiate our way through with the buyer’s agent and we kept things moving forward 😊 I was very happy to do the best I possibly could to get this sold for our retired client, as the funds were going to dramatically improve her life!
We actually got this closed on my birthday, which was one of the best presents I could ever ask for 🥳
Now that we’re almost to the end of the year, it’s VERY important to stay updated with what’s going on in the market if you’re considering selling/buying within the next few months. My DMs are always open for any questions or information I can provide! 🤓

Closed on this one in mid-October! This one really highlights why it’s so important to set up clear expectations with clients. It was a little outdated, and homes in that area were sitting on the market for months. Since it was such a great starter home and we put an attractive price on it, the right buyer came along! It was a rocky transaction at the end when the buyer had an employment change (something that should be avoided at all costs while in escrow!) but we pulled together and got it closed!
So happy my client was understanding and patient throughout the process, and now he’s cashed out and living his dreams of traveling. Happy clients = happy agents! 🥳
