East Coast character, rewritten in the Sonoran desert. 🌿 Nestled in Arcadia, Calle del Norte brings the quiet elegance of a Hamptons estate to Arizona. The 4,600 sq/ft home has detailed millwork, coffered/vaulted ceilings, antique hardware, Carrara marble, custom mosaics + warm tones that accent its light, airy atmosphere. French doors open the interiors right to the outdoors, creating a stunning East Coast inspired retreat.

A modern ranch, grounded in raw materials. 🔗🌾 Los Vecinos, centered on Camelback Mountain, is composed of reclaimed barn wood, steel, marble + handcrafted tile that bring texture / character to this 4,200 sq/ft residence. Inside, these work in harmony with details like a custom-riveted soaking tub + Calacatta accents - plus, a kitchen with a w**e refrigerator, 60” Wolf range + 48” SubZero fridge. On the grounds, a pizza oven, two fireplaces + a pool extend living, right into the Arcadia landscape.
