Per the Cromford Report, Phoenix is could be headed towards a buyer’s market come the first week of September! Although we can’t predict the future market, the present market is a good indicator of what is to come. This means the supply is increasing and after over two years of sellers holding the upper hand, there are going to be price reductions, longer listing times and less listings sold. The most impacted price ranges will be the 400k to 1 million range.
I don’t know about you all but I see this as a welcome change!
