We’re proud to have represented the landlord in bringing Sweetgreen to Paradise Village Marketplace at Tatum Blvd. & Shea Blvd.

Sweetgreen continues its Arizona expansion, and this location further strengthens an already outstanding lineup of retailers at the center. They’re joining recently opened SweatHouz, along with Trader Joe's, OHSO Brewery - Paradise Valley, and Orangetheory Fitness, creating a dynamic mix of health, wellness, and dining for the surrounding community.

Another exciting opening for our team!

Congratulations to Tina Drake and Turner Drake on the opening of the newest C2 Tactical location at Brickyards on Ellsworth in Mesa!

It has been a pleasure working alongside this incredible mother-and-son team as well as Ty Brewster, CFE (Master Broker) throughout the leasing process. Watching their vision come to life and officially open its doors has been incredibly rewarding. Special shout-out to Vincent Vasquez and C2 Tactical on their first franchised location!!

At 23,264 square feet, it's an impressive facility that will serve the East Valley for years to come.

One of the best parts of commercial real estate is seeing a project evolve from an idea to a signed lease—and ultimately to opening day. Moments like these are what make our work so fulfilling!

One of my favorite parts of commercial real estate is watching an entrepreneur's vision come to life! 😊

I'm excited to share that Chico Coffee Bar is officially open at Union @ Roosevelt in Downtown Phoenix. (888 N. 1st Ave., Ste 107, Phoenix) ☕

What makes this opening especially rewarding is that this is Chico's first brick-and-mortar location. Known for roasting his own coffee and building a loyal following, Johnathan Artalejo transformed a former leasing office into a vibrant gathering place that already feels like it belongs in the neighborhood.

The timing couldn't be better. Roosevelt Row continues to be one of the most dynamic districts in Arizona, with new residential, retail, office, and mixed-use developments bringing even more energy, residents, and visitors to Downtown Phoenix every day. The transformation of this space has been incredible. What was once a leasing office is now a beautifully designed coffee bar that perfectly complements the creative, walkable environment at Union @ Roosevelt.

Deals like this are a reminder that great real estate isn't just about buildings—it's about helping local businesses create places where communities gather!

One of the best parts of serving in a leadership role is learning from people who have already paved the way.

This week, I had the privilege of attending the CREW Network Spring Leadership Summit in Minneapolis as part of my journey as President-Elect of AZCREW.

What I always appreciate about these leadership events is the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day business of commercial real estate and focus on something equally important: building stronger leaders, stronger chapters, and stronger connections across our industry. 💪

Throughout the Summit, I had the chance to learn from fellow CREW leaders from across North America, exchange ideas, and bring back new insights that will help us continue growing and serving our members here in Arizona.

The timing was especially meaningful as AZCREW prepares to host the 2027 CREW Network Convention! 🌵 Seeing firsthand the collaboration, planning, and leadership that make these events successful left me even more excited about what lies ahead for our chapter and our members! 🔥

Thank you to the CREW Network team and especially the MNCREW chapter- event organizers, and all of the leaders who generously shared their experiences and ideas. I left Minneapolis energized, inspired, and grateful to be part of an organization dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate!

Looking forward to bringing these ideas home to AZCREW Board of Directors, putting them into action, and continuing to build momentum for AZCREW and the year ahead!!

From the beginning, what stood out about The Mick wasn't just the food or the concept, it was the incredible connection they've built with their community. Their loyal following, signature events, and commitment to creating memorable experiences have made them a true destination in Scottsdale. Now, that same energy is coming to Gilbert.

My husband and I were fans of The Mick before we had the opportunity to work with their team. What started as enjoying the restaurant as customers ultimately led to the privilege of helping bring their second location to life.🍷

Excited to announce that the first Sandbox VR in Arizona has officially opened in Gilbert! 🔮🎮

This has been an incredible journey that began during COVID back in 2020. From supporting the corporate rollout strategy to navigating the transition to a franchise model, it’s been rewarding to see this vision finally come to life here in the Valley.

A huge thank you to David Friedman and the entire Sandbox VR team for their partnership and persistence in bringing this project across the finish line. Congrats again to the franchisees Tylor & Andrew!🦾

Sandbox VR joins an incredible lineup at the center, alongside Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, which also celebrated its grand opening last week. It’s exciting to see this destination continue to come together with such strong operators.

Three years. Countless conversations. One incredible opening day!

Congratulations to Trader Joe's on the grand opening of their newest Tucson location at Broadway & Plumer. (2150 E. Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85719)

Our team was proud to represent Trader Joe's in this transaction, working alongside the outstanding development team of Jose D Dabdoub and Marcel Dabdoub to bring this project to life. Deals like this don't happen overnight, and this one is a great example of what can be accomplished through persistence, collaboration, and a shared vision.

This new store will provide Tucson residents with another convenient shopping destination and will be especially welcomed by the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Arizona Wildcats! 🐻⬇️
