Last Wednesday, AZCREW hosted our signature Women ICON event, and I was so excited to celebrate Laura Davis as our 2026 Woman ICON and Molly Stegman as our 2026 Rising ICON!! Two incredible women at different stages of their careers, both making a meaningful impact on our industry and community.

We were also fortunate to have Amy Jo Martin as our keynote speaker. Her message about leadership, reinvention, and putting ideas into action was inspiring and such a wonderful addition to the evening.

As 2026 AZCREW President-Elect, moments like this remind me why I love being part of this organization. It’s about celebrating one another, creating opportunities, building genuine relationships, and helping the next generation of women rise.

What an incredible few days at ICSC Western!

There was a real energy at this year’s show. The conversations were optimistic, retailers were actively talking about growth, and people came ready to find opportunities and make deals.

One of the biggest takeaways for us? Arizona continues to be at the top of the list for expansion. 🌵 We had so many exciting conversations about our market and the opportunities ahead, and it was great to see the continued enthusiasm for Arizona from retailers and industry partners across the country.

Beyond the dealmaking, one of my favorite parts of ICSC is the people. Cole and I loved catching up with friends, colleagues, clients, and our fellow Retail Brokers Network (RBN) members!

I left inspired by the Women in CRE panel and Hannah Hammond and Tony (Anthony) Giordano's Keynote presentation! And of course, Retailer Runway was the perfect way to close out a great conference.

We’re heading home energized, grateful for the conversations, and excited about what’s ahead for retail in Arizona!

Phoenix continues to prove why it is one of the strongest growth markets in the country.

I had the opportunity to hear the latest insights on the Phoenix market at yesterday's InterFace Conference Group's Phoenix Retail Confernece. The overall message was clear: the Valley continues to have tremendous momentum.

Strong population growth, a business-friendly environment and continued household formation are fueling demand across the market. We're seeing particularly strong activity from restaurant and retail tenants as brands continue to focus on Phoenix for expansion.

One statistic that really stood out — approximately 200 people are moving to the Phoenix area every day!

With retail vacancy sitting near historic lows at 4.6% and continued growth from younger generations and families, the fundamentals supporting Phoenix retail remain incredibly strong. 💪

It's an exciting market to be working in, and there continues to be a tremendous amount of opportunity ahead.

What an exciting day celebrating the Grand Opening of Maha Juice Bar in Coral Springs, Florida! 🌿🥤 🍊 🍋

We had the privilege of serving as the Master Broker on this deal, and it was incredible to see the finished space come to life. From the vibrant colors and incredible design to every thoughtful detail throughout the space, Maha has created an atmosphere that perfectly reflects the brand.

A huge congratulations and shoutout to Marcielli Pastorio for creating such a wonderful concept and continuing to grow the Maha Juice Bar brand. It’s always rewarding to play a part in helping great concepts find the right spaces and then see the vision become a reality.

We’re proud to have represented the landlord in bringing Sweetgreen to Paradise Village Marketplace at Tatum Blvd. & Shea Blvd.

Sweetgreen continues its Arizona expansion, and this location further strengthens an already outstanding lineup of retailers at the center. They’re joining recently opened SweatHouz, along with Trader Joe's, OHSO Brewery - Paradise Valley, and Orangetheory Fitness, creating a dynamic mix of health, wellness, and dining for the surrounding community.

Another exciting opening for our team!

Congratulations to Tina Drake and Turner Drake on the opening of the newest C2 Tactical location at Brickyards on Ellsworth in Mesa!

It has been a pleasure working alongside this incredible mother-and-son team as well as Ty Brewster, CFE (Master Broker) throughout the leasing process. Watching their vision come to life and officially open its doors has been incredibly rewarding. Special shout-out to Vincent Vasquez and C2 Tactical on their first franchised location!!

At 23,264 square feet, it's an impressive facility that will serve the East Valley for years to come.

One of the best parts of commercial real estate is seeing a project evolve from an idea to a signed lease—and ultimately to opening day. Moments like these are what make our work so fulfilling!
