The Kyrene Top Off party was a huge success! 150 burritos served, 200 shirts provided and dozens of prizes gifted to our hard working site crews! These events are a celebration of the people who make building our communities possible and all the hard work that’s been accomplished thus far at Cabana Kyrene! Shout out to our on site teams for leading this site’s success and a special shout out to Ricardo Gallardo for his handy Spanish speaking skills! 💪🏽

Greenlight Gives is an annual sponsor of and their Holiday Angels program! We sponsored 6 families this year totaling 43 individuals and over 300 gifts! Saving Amy is an incredible Arizona based nonprofit helping families end the cycle of homelessness. We are so honored to provide these incredible families with holiday cheer again this year!

The Greenlight team enjoyed a beautiful morning with the incredible shelter pups at ! We walked and played with pups, replenished high value treats and gave Beef as many belly rubs as he requested (which was a lot). ADOPT. FOSTER. VOLUNTEER. ❤️

We have officially broken ground on Cabana Kyrene—our very first Tempe community and South Tempe’s first workforce housing development in over 15 years.
We were honored to celebrate alongside Mayor Corey Woods and Councilmembers Jennifer Adams, Nikki Amberg, and Berdetta Hodge, whose support means the world as we work to bring attainable housing to the people who make this city run.
229 new rental homes are on the way—designed for teachers, healthcare workers, service industry pros, and all those who deserve a place to call home right here in Tempe.

Greenlight Gives proudly supports Save the Family again this year! We held a “making a house a home” drive here at Greenlight and brought in carts full of supplies for STF families who are ready for a fresh start in their homes. Thank you for all that you do for the community!

We had such an amazing time celebrating the completion of all framing work for our Cabana Aldea project with our top off party! With over 100 attendees, Greenlight handed out shirts and prizes with a delicious barbecue lunch. This event is our way of expressing a big thank you for our subcontractor crews, the unsung heroes of our projects!
