Don’t make this mistake in your home search ⬇️

If you are putting too much weight on square footage, you could be missing out on homes. The key to a good house is a great layout, a house could be significantly smaller than another, but live a lot bigger if it’s designed well.

I get calls all the time for people saying they need to upsize not because they necessarily need more square footage, but they really need this extra bonus room, which is often times the playroom.

This house is just over 2300 ft.² but is laid out so well with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a playroom/office and a Casita in the backyard which makes for a great office or a team room.
