Attention Homeowners,

The Wisconsin Help for Homeowners program has ended (3/8/24). This was a program that helped with overdue bills like mortgage payments, property taxes, utilities, and more. Income qualified individuals were eligible for up to $40,000 to help with overdue bills.

Since that program ended, this could mean there will be an influx of foreclosures hitting the market in the near future.
