I do the work before the MLS ever sees it.

For my current listing coming soon in South Scottsdale I just pulled three years of sales data, identified 321 agents who’ve had active buyers in this price point, and started calling them one by one. I’m less than a quarter of the way through the list and have 6 interested buyers.

By the time we hit the market, the right buyers already know we exist.

That’s the difference between a listing strategy and just... listing.

We tried the cutest coffee stand inside of Suavage PHX last Friday! Harlem coffee is a mobile coffee service that creates a space for inclusivity and community. Their Kinfolk latte (roasted hazelnut, brown butter, and nutmeg) was so delicious!
