Most agents list your home and hope the MLS does the work.
I do the work before the MLS ever sees it.
For my current listing coming soon in South Scottsdale I just pulled three years of sales data, identified 321 agents who’ve had active buyers in this price point, and started calling them one by one. I’m less than a quarter of the way through the list and have 6 interested buyers.
By the time we hit the market, the right buyers already know we exist.
That’s the difference between a listing strategy and just... listing.
