The real estate market in Phoenix is still considered Very Competitive. Many homes still get multiple offers and average homes sell for about 2% above asking price. We had 8715 sold units for the month of July. In the beginning of August we had about 11900 listings in the metro area. Average new list prices are up 24% compared to last year and average sales prices are up 27%.
All this means that it's still the seller's market
