WOW... What a crazy whirlwind this last week and a half has been right?! Our team has been nonstop working literally 24/7 taking shifts to make sure we do our very best to not let our clients and colleagues down. Many of the large capital providers in the Hard Money space have either temporarily paused all lending or closed their doors indefinitely. We had to do some major CPR work on 4 of our deals that were right at the signing table when the industry practically exploded overnight

Fortunately, not only are we going to survive this... We are now positioned to thrive more than ever! Opportunity never disappears, it just moves. It's in times like these we get to see our true selves. Our true character. We get to see what we are all made of from the inside out. Whenever I expressed doubt or uncertainty growing up, my father would ask me if I wanted to be a worrier or a warrior. We all have a choice to make RIGHT NOW. Are you going to be a worrier who hoardes toilet paper and points blame?... Or are you going to be a warrior who helps thy neighbor and LEADS in times of need?

I couldn't be more proud and grateful to say that these last 10 days has truly shown me who I'm surrounded by... Warriors! I'm excited for what's coming. Whichever way this virus and the market takes us, we will adapt and overcome. We've been riding a bull market for a long time. As long as my career... Spoiled! So if it's our time to ride the bear then we're ready to earn our stripes together.

What a special moment! Eight years ago I walked into this very room unsure and unknowing. Not knowing what I was getting myself into. Not knowing anything about real estate... And most importantly, not knowing I'd receive life changing inspiration, knowledge, and support from some of the most genuine people I have ever met.

At the end of 2011 I sat in the back of this room closest to the exit as any true introvert would 🙃 I was afraid to ask questions and afraid to standout, but I was there. Hanging onto everyword that Dave & Melina Boswell were saying on stage. The only thing I was sure about was that I was in the right place with the right people.

To , , Andrew and the entire family I have to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to speak in front of the next generation of investors about to embark on a journey of their very own. Changing lives and provoking greatness. Dave's legacy lives on stronger than ever ❤ Mahalo!

Well this was a first 😆 Signing closing docs in the lobby of the hospital for our good friends & .greg ! Lots to celebrate for the Turner Ohana! Congratulations Brandon on your new baby boy & for you and Greg putting your trust in us to finance and help close your latest Fix & Flip project out in Maui!
