Sad statistic - 2/3 of US households can’t afford medium priced homes. This brings lots more questions than answers, as it is unclear if hight interest rates are in consideration to draw that conclusion and what happens if interest rates from to under 5% again, but no matter how they came to that conclusion, reality is many cannot afford a home. Thoughts?

Proud to be a member of the National Associaton of Appraisers and serve on both membership and fundraising committees. Colorado coalition of appraisers did an amazing job organizing the conference which provided great learning experiences, beautiful memories and valuable new connections.

What a wonderful experience visiting Colorado Springs for an appraising conference. On the way to my gate, there was a table with free coffee, good and goodies organized by a local bank. I am a tea drinker, so went to buy a tea in the cafe near the table and was surprised the bank is paying for it too…what a wonderful experience throughout my stay, will be back Colorado Springs.
