Providing thought provoking topics, consulting and real estate services concerning Energy Efficiency, Reducing our Carbon Footprint, and living a healthier lifestyle through constructing better buildings! Assisting home buyers & sellers to understand energy efficient upgrades, indoor air quality, sustainable features, solar panels, & which features to add first for the best result. Contact me about my projects that increase marketing, disclosure and benefit everyone in the process. Not every realtor understands the practical knowledge associated with my 2 designations, or how to ensure value for these features on an appraisal. I provide value added service for homes with special features that can't be seen or understood by walking into a home!

Being asked to speak to realtors, real estate companies, and non-profits specializing in energy efficiency education is a humbling experience. I'm always happy to help advance knowledge and skillsets that realtors need for high performance homes! This week, I'm speaking at the Scottsdale Area Assocation of Realtors to their Leadership Academy for their sustainability day.
