"Phoenix drew a higher percentage of new residents than any other major U.S. city between 2010 and 2020, according to the latest census data released last week."

Most local experts expect to see sales level off a bit but in our area, the "Seller Market" is still quite strong. We expect the prices of housing to stay strong, as well. The population moving to the Phoenix Metro area is educated, moving for employment and has cash in their pocket from selling their previous home. That remains great news for Sellers.

Metro Phoenix's median home price climbed to $405,000 in July. That's up from about $400,000 in June and $315,000 in July 2020.
