Most people think who you choose as your realtor makes the biggest difference in your home buying process and I’m here to tell you…

We don’t.

The reality *most* agents won’t admit is we all do a pretty great job! But what can reallllly make a difference in your experience is your LENDER. 💰

A lender can easy ruin the whole experience- whether it’s poor communication, inaccurate information, not knowledgeable enough in the market (which changes daily), making you jump through unnecessary hoops and SO MUCH MORE.

That’s why I made these tips - because just like with your Realtor, you need to shop your lender too!

✨ CLOSED ✨

Ahhh.🤩 So excited for our clients!! They closed on this STUNNING remodel in Mesa last week!! 🏡

This was a WILD transaction from start to finish. What started off as a strong accepted offer, turned into negotiating it into a contingent contract after finding out from the lender they wouldn’t qualify till selling their current home. I was given a tight timeline but we got theirs squared away and were able to swiftly move forward!

Well… come the end a week out from closing, we had to renegotiate in a pre-possession that went from garage access only to a full pre-move in prior to closing! 🎉

Both of these things solved so many difficult circumstances for my clients and to top it all of they still got concessions to cover ALL closing costs 😮‍💨

What a whirlwind!! I am so grateful they entrusted me with this process. The logistics of buying/selling/moving can be overwhelming even when everything aligns perfectly - that’s why having a strong agent in your corner makes the world of a difference! 💫

I cannot wait to see them turn this house into a home & make it their own, with lots of amazing memories ahead ♥️
