Greetings from the Southwest American Desert!

Been a little quieter the past few weeks — full-on Dad duty with Avery as high school sports ramp up, plus staying busy helping real estate clients get things done!

Grateful for the momentum right now and the trust of the clients I’m already working with. Today I’m at an open house in the stunning golf community of Ancala Country Club — incredible home, but the backyard sunsets are the real show. No extra upcharge for those either!

Happy Thursday friends! ☀️

Today is mostly an errands and prep day getting ready for what’s shaping up to be a busy real estate weekend ahead.

But the best part of my day is happening at 4 PM… I get to watch Avery and the Hearn Huskies take the court again! 🏀🔥 They’re currently undefeated at 4–0 after a nail-biter of a game on Wednesday night.

Avery keeps improving every game and I couldn’t be more proud of the effort he’s putting in. Watching him grow and love the game is something really special as a dad. 💙

Well, looks like Avery and I are heading to Las Vegas next weekend to see the Chiefs battle the Raiders with end zone seats!
