In fact, many agents I speak with are saying the same thing.

Despite higher interest rates, economic headlines, and predictions of a housing slowdown, homes are still selling across the Omaha Metro.

✔️ 2,041 Pending Listings

What does that tell me?

Buyers are still buying.

Over 2,000 homes are currently under contract.

That's not a market sitting on the sidelines.

The difference today is that buyers are more informed, more selective, and more intentional.

🏡 Why Smart Sellers Spend $1,000 to Protect a $1 Million Sale

Most sellers think negotiations are about price.
They're not.
They're about reducing buyer uncertainty.

After inspections, buyers start asking themselves:
