Before I moved here from California, I thought I had it all figured out. Turns out, Scottsdale had surprises (in the best way):

1) The traffic (or lack there of) gave me HOURS back in my week.
2) The sunsets? Pictures don’t give them justice.
3) My money stretched further- I upgraded lifestyle without the stress.

Would I do it again? 1000%

Jack and Patty weren’t in a hurry.
They were visiting from Illinois for Barrett-Jackson—just riding bikes, popping into open houses, enjoying the sunshine.

They walked into mine on a whim… and we instantly connected.

No pressure. No big plans. Just an easy conversation, a little laughter, and a quick exchange of contact info before they rode off.

I sent a simple thank-you text after they left—just checking in, offering to set them up on a home search if they wanted. They said they’d take a look…but they weren’t in a rush.

Then one day, I got a text: “We found one.”

That same day, I was touring it for them.
The next day, we were writing the offer.
And just 20 days later—they had the keys to their new home in North Scottsdale.
