This week the median list price for Carefree, AZ is $655,000 with the market action index hovering around 26. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 25. Inventory has decreased to 19.

Market Narrative:
Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. However because of excess inventory, prices have not yet stopped falling. Should the sales trend continue, expect prices to level off soon and potentially to resume their climb from there. Unlike Single-Family Homes in Carefree where we are seeing a slight seller's advantage proper pricing of Condos & Townhomes are imperative.
