AI might be able to draft our communications (if we want it to - even that, I want MY words🤷🏻♀️), contracts and SOP’s, develop plans, provide research, streamline the processes of buying and selling homes, and more, but I think we’re pretty far away from it -
• exchanging a sentient tear or warm hug with a client that just lost their mom and needs to sell the family home
• throwing away the rubbish, replacing a toilet roll, hanging signs, and pushing the bins in before an open house
• meeting for a bevvie to discuss a new life shift, sipping the foam and clinking cups to celebrate the win
• shaking a warm hand, looking into someone’s eyes and promising to care for them with heart
• walking into a home and feeling the vibration of a space, noticing the way the light comes through the windows and helping the client imagine their daily life/comparing it to the last one you drove to and physically felt into
There’s much more that tech will take over, and we always have to be re-imagining how we will show up and work through changes, but I know I appreciate the human aspect of most things and I’m grateful to keep meeting people that crave that as well.🙏
That said - holler at your local Prescott/Scottsdale gal if you wanna run s**t by a warm human that’s got your back.♥️
