Economists, including Moody’s Analytics, believe that the Spring 🌸 real estate market is coming back with full force as the labor market remains robust, wages continue to rise 📈, and opportunities arise for buyers to enter homeownership 🏡 as interest rates stabilize.

Every micro-market varies, but I can tell you as an agent with boots on the ground all over San Diego that this market is HOT 🔥! Multiple offers are back on nearly every property and inventory is incredibly low. It’s luckily not as wild as the last two years prior but the market is shifting quickly.

If you’re home shopping in SD and you notice a home has been sitting on the market (with no offers) ➡️ it’s the price. I don’t care what the other arguments are ➡️ location, messy tenants, condition, etc. ➡️ the PRICE is too high for that location, condition, or presentation.
