I was like a lot of people who use the internet to find a home. You find a neighborhood you like, spend hours online looking at houses, and narrow down the favorites. The realtor lets you in the house you want to see, makes you sign a bunch of docs, and lets you pay them thousands of dollars. I really struggled with the value of the whole process.
Then I met Jeff Cameron. This guy somehow knows everything about the Phoenix valley, especially North Scottsdale. He knew when neighborhoods were built, who the builder was, how the market performed in each of them, and where the best values are. Instead of “selling” a property, he provides valuable and HONEST information, even if that means that he won’t get the highest commission.
Jeff helped my family and I get the perfect home. We purchased a REO property, which is new territory for us. This was a “cash only” deal, but Jeff architected a hard money loan (rolled into a conventional loan shortly thereafter) and represented us at the auction. He got us a house for $100K below market value, and we will give him our business for life. That’s the level of trust that he provided.
Jeff doesn’t sell real estate. He provides clarity and confidence in one of life’s biggest decisions.
