Look, I get it. Your mom, best friend, or co-worker just got their real estate license. You feel an obligation to help them out.
I'm not here to argue that agents aren't interchangeable.
I'm not here to argue that you will cost yourself money and headaches in the most significant business transaction of your life by hiring the wrong person for the job.
I will never shame anyone for loyalty. It's a rare commodity.
I'm here to assure you that I will still be here for the next transaction if it doesn't work out with them, or if they leave the business.
In a field with an 87% failure rate (that's how many agents fail to renew their licenses within five years of entering the business), I've been actively licensed to sell real estate in Arizona since 1999. With no stops or interruptions. In good markets and historically bad.
I've been here for it all.
Don't be ashamed or embarrassed about helping a friend or family member launch their career.
Just keep me in mind if they aren't still actively selling when it's time for the next move.
