A home inspection report can make a perfectly good house sound condemned.

“Evidence of biological activity” might be a little localized moisture. An “electrical irregularity requiring further evaluation” might mean one outlet doesn’t work.

The inspector’s job is to identify everything. Our job is to determine what actually matters—because every house has problems.
