I was showing houses to my clients that was gorgeous with an entertainer’s backyard! However, I was a pushover for these cuties in the neighbor’s yard! I wonder if Steve would notice a miniature horse in the backyard??

Egg roll and beer pairing at The Beer Research Institute in Mesa, AZ this Thursday! That is one pairing I have never had before and excited to try.

Thursday 8/25 the BRI is having its 4th Annual Egg Roll and Beer Pairing event!!

This is pairing is available all day on Thursday while supplies last.

$25 gets you 4 handmade, unique egg rolls and 4 half pints of beer to pair.

Menu:

MEMPHIS EGG ROLL

Slow-cooked pork in Memphis dry rub, Jalapeno corn bread, Cole slaw, served with
Memphis BBQ Sauce.

Paired with The Belgian Tickler Belgian Brown Ale

OAXACAN EGG ROLL

Flour tortilla spiral with Oaxaca cheese and Wisconsin cheddar and refried beans,
fire-roasted corn and pico de gallo all wrapped in an egg roll with enchilada mole sauce drizzled over.

Paired with Vamonos – Mexican Lager with lime


BEEF & BROCCOLI EGG ROLL

Traditional beef and broccoli in sauce with onions, red peppers, served with Duck
sauce.

Paired with Ünnëcëssäry Ümläüts – Märzen


TUSCAN EGG ROLL

Hot Italian sausage, rosemary garlic creamed potato, peppered kale and onion
served with an Alfredo dipping sauce.
