Christina Catalano is a huge asset to any buyer or seller in Arizona. We used her skilled services for two home purchases and one sale. The first purchase and sale went so well there was no way we could have navigated our second without her.

The first purchase was a condo in 2017, as a first time home buyer I had a million questions. She navigated me through the process with honesty and full disclosure. She worked diligently for me, even when the seller was difficult. She also explained the loan process and made me feel comfortable working with a broker. She helped to sell this same condo a few years later, that process was equally smooth and our home was sold in 24 hours.

The second purchase was a single family home in 2024. It’s a special experience to connect with Christina over the years! We were expecting our first child and time was of the essence. Christina worked around the clock for us. She met contractors to do additional inspections (resulting in her catching a complex roof issue the original inspector overlooked). Not only did she conduct a diligent inspection but she negotiated with the seller on our behalf so we paid below asking price and had the sellers cover our closing costs. Our home is the perfect fit and we couldn’t have made the purchase without Christina. One of Christina’s greatest assets is her vast network with trades. She set us up with a roofer, plumber, painter, and HVAC technician in one day. The trades she recommended were professional and top quality.

Christina is extremely knowledgable about all types of homes and neighborhoods in Maricopa County. She is skilled at negotiating, professional in all communications, prompt to respond, follows up post closing, and is a fun and kind person to work with. The value Christina provided to our home purchase was immense and we will absolutely be working with her when it comes time to make our third purchase!
