The growth continues to sprawl westward. Buckeye and Tonopah are looking like land investors next best purchase.

"Buckeye leaders approved a series of land use actions that city officials say will strengthen the State Route 85 employment corridor, expand opportunities for industrial and commercial development and position nearly 2,000 acres for future economic growth.

The Buckeye City Council unanimously approved four related requests July 7 involving annexation, a General Plan amendment and two Community Master Plan amendments affecting the Westpark and Silver Rock developments. The actions include annexing nearly 50 acres into the city, expanding the Westpark Community Master Plan and shifting hundreds of acres from residential planning to employment-focused development. "

PSA - Wholesalers are rampant and aggressive in the housing and land market across the USA. Here are a few things to know.

I'm inspired to post this as I personally have first hand experience with them. I find their tactics extremely questionable, sometimes borderline or unethical and most often they are very uninformed.

SOLD! 6.7 Acres of Hillside Land in New River is officially closed!

Why do people let their real estate turn into blight? I just don't understand, owning real estate is an asset. Please people don't abandon your real estate, consult a professional! We work for free until it's sold!

"Arizona’s counties have picked up the tab on blighted property cleanup for years. Now under a new state law, they’ll have a chance to recoup and reallocate lost resources sunk into cleaning up abandoned properties.

It’s something Gila County Supervisor Tim Humphrey has wished for since he was elected a decade ago. Gila County has spent about $250,000 in the past two years and introduced a line item in its budget to address blighted properties, Humphrey said.

The funds to clean up properties come from taxpayers and the county’s budget. That means the process pulls vital resources from other potentially beneficial programs, he said."
