Deal #250 wasn’t just another deal; it was the monumental Village at Prasada. This was more than another project; it was the creation of the West Coast’s first new power center in over a decade, and a true testament to our vision and tenacity in the face of unprecedented challenges.

We closed on the land for this project just months before the global pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. This meant we had to navigate construction on our largest and most significant development during one of the most difficult and uncertain time periods in modern history. This project tested our resolve and our “Built to Battle” ethos like no other.

Village at Prasada is the culmination of countless hours, strategic planning, and unwavering dedication. It transformed a bold concept into a vibrant reality, bringing a dynamic hub of commerce and community to Surprise, Arizona. This landmark project stands as a beacon of what we can achieve, no matter the obstacles.
