Here’s a simple, cooling summer recipe for these hot summer days!

Watermelon Cucumber Mint Salad 🍉🥒

Ingredients:

3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

1. Combine watermelon and cucumber in a large bowl.

2. Sprinkle with mint and drizzle with lime juice.

3. Toss gently and add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors.

4. Serve chilled!

With so many loan and downpayment options, it's hard to keep track of it all! So, I thought I'd provide this cheat sheet! 🙂

Different loans require different downpayment amounts. FHA 3.5% down, Conventional 5% down. These are the two most popular loan types. There are other loan options. VA is the only loan that doesn't require a downpayment.
