Scottsdale Airpark continues to command the highest industrial rents in the Valley, and the latest data shows why this submarket stays on every savvy owner's and investor's radar.

Here's what stands out:

🔹 $23.27/SF average asking rent, a roughly 60% premium over the Phoenix metro
🔹 5.4% vacancy, well below the Valley-wide 10.4% and the submarket's own long-term average of 10.3%
🔹 Zero new construction delivered or underway, so limited supply continues to support pricing
🔹 $76M in sales volume over the past 12 months, up from $50M the year before
🔹 4.0% annual rent growth, a healthy normalization from the 11% peak in 2022
