Kristina Home Sales

Kristina Home Sales I am an attorney and real estate professional with a passion for soil health. Let my knowledge, experience and professionalism work for you!

Let's make aligned moves together. Let's be honest, many of us love watching these HDTV shows, people buying their first homes, dream homes or renovating and flipping. I fell in love with the real estate and decided to do all that instead of watching it on TV. Sure, most of the deals in real life are not as glamorous and there is a lot of hard work involved when buying and selling a home, such as

preparing a house for the listing, filling out all kinds of disclosures, applying for a loan, dealing with inspections and more. The process takes time and patience. Nevertheless, real estate is truly rewarding because all the hard work pays off when you find somebody that home they were looking for and get the best deal possible. With a background in lending, I understand that process and help set expectations for the buyers. With experience in film acting and producing, I also pride myself of being creative and finding creative solutions to complex situations. And being an attorney, you get someone who truly understands the legalities of the real estate transaction. I am genuinely interested in people and I care about my clients personally and represent their best interests. You can expect high ethics, honesty, integrity and professionalism when working with me. I'm always available to give you a market analysis for your home at no cost and no commitment, even if you're simply curious. Thanks for visiting my page!

3 Graphs Showing Why Today’s Housing Market Isn’t Like 2008

With all the headlines and talk in the media about the shift in the housing market, you might be thinking this is a housing bubble. The good news is, there’s concrete data to show why this is nothing like the last time.

There were too many homes for sale during the housing crisis (many of which were short sales and foreclosures). That caused prices to fall dramatically. What Happens to Housing when There’s a Recession?

Since the 2008 housing bubble burst, the word recession strikes a stronger emotional chord than it ever did before. And while there’s some debate around whether we’re officially in a recession right now, the good news is experts say a recession today would likely be mild and the economy would rebound quickly.

To add to that sentiment, housing is typically one of the first sectors to rebound during a slowdown.

Part of that rebound is tied to what has historically happened to mortgage rates during recessions. Here’s a look back at rates during previous economic slowdowns to help put your mind at ease.

>>Mortgage Rates Typically Fall During Recessions

Historical data helps paint the picture of how a recession could impact the cost of financing a home. Looking at recessions in this country going all the way back to 1980, the graph below shows...
