Megan and Brett are rooted in the Midwest, but have called Arizona home for the past 10 years. Brett is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and spent 5 years in Megan’s hometown of Omaha, Nebraska while attending Creighton University. While at Creighton, Brett was a member of the men’s basketb
all team and graduated cm laude with a degree in Finance. Megan attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated with a degree in International Relations. She celebrated her educational journey studying and traveling abroad while in college. Ironically, Megan and Brett met in Scottsdale. It was Megan’s first inclination to attempt to introduce Brett to one of her friends, but Brett had other plans. They were married in October 2009 in Megan’s hometown and on Brett’s college campus. They welcomed their first child, Evelyn Marie, in October 2011 and welcomed their son, Charles Beck in September 2013. Brett began his real estate journey in 2003 after reading the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and the Middle Class Do Not!” by Robert T. Kiyosaki. It was then he determined his retirement plan would begin by investing in residential real estate. With the support of his family and the faith of his partners, most of whom were his college teammates, the foundation of Everyday Investments was solidified. Two years into the journey Brett attained his real estate license to ensure that his clients and his partners received the real estate representation and financial underwriting they deserved. Megan began her real estate career with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services as a specialist in International Relocation. Her true passion was sparked after spending time with Brett overhearing and witnessing his operation of Everyday Investments. Today, Megan and Brett are proudly partnered on 16 residential properties across the southwest. With Megan at the helm, Everyday Investments has averaged 10 million in residential real estate sales while handling property management services for 25 properties in and around Phoenix. Megan and Brett firmly believe that this business is about relationships, integrity, hard work, honesty and treating people right. They are excited about the next 10 years for EI and they look forward to hearing from you soon, no matter what your real estate needs entail.
