I had great site visits today on these two properties today!! Thank you to my teams there for taking care of their sites. The property, common areas and make ready units looked great!! We looked at the operations for the next 90days and we look strong!! At one site exposure is high in March so we revisited our notices and what was left to capture on renewals!! Game plan in place now execute! Look ahead!!

Face lift on the diamond in the rough has started!! Stay tuned for progress photos. Stucco repairs and exterior paint has started! Renovation projects are a favorite of mine. This site is in Phoenix with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. We have achieved some pretty impressive rates just from takeover in Sept. Can’t wait to see what we can achieve once we’re further along with exterior renovations.
