Buying a new construction home in the Phoenix area? Don’t make the mistake of walking into the builder alone.

Builders are offering some serious incentives right now—from mortgage rate buy-downs into the 4–5% range, to closing-cost assistance and even design-center upgrades.

But you don’t know what you don’t know.

Having an experienced real estate agent represent you can help you navigate the builder contract, understand the incentives being offered, negotiate where possible, and make sure you’re looking at the entire deal—not just the advertised monthly payment.

And remember: with many builders, your agent needs to accompany or register you from your FIRST visit in order to represent you.
