Is Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear one of the best hidden gems in the West Valley?

In this video, I’m breaking down what makes Estrella so attractive: mountain views, lakes, hiking trails, resort-style community amenities, newer homes, and a little more space from the busyness of central Phoenix.

And here’s the part buyers should really be paying attention to…

Several builders in Estrella are still offering new construction opportunities, with some starting in the high $300s to low $400s depending on the floor plan, lot, and inventory.

A few builders currently active in Estrella include:

🏡 Risewell Homes — some homes starting around the high $300s / low $400s
🏡 Taylor Morrison — including CantaMia 55+ and other Estrella options
🏡 Richmond American Homes — select communities with advertised financing/flex-fund incentives
