A little more about us…

Many of you know us as Realtors, but we thought it would be fun to share a little about who we are beyond real estate.

We’re Tim and Tracy, a husband and wife real estate team. We’ve been married for over 28 years, are proud parents to two wonderful young adult children and have had the privilege of helping families buy and sell homes in the Valley for over 22 years. We truly love what we do, and after all these years, we’re just as passionate about helping our clients as we were on day one.

While we love real estate, our greatest joy in life is spending time with our family. Whether we’re traveling the world with our amazing adult children, enjoying the outdoors, or simply making memories together, those moments mean everything to us.

When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us hiking, exploring nature, or escaping to our cabin in Northern Arizona. Just two hours from the Valley and about 30° cooler, it’s our happy place. We love having the best of both worlds, a peaceful mountain retreat while still being close enough to quickly get back whenever one of our clients needs us.

Tracy loves yoga and long walks, and Tim is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who never misses a workout.

One of the greatest blessings of this career has been the relationships we’ve built. Many of our clients have become lifelong friends, and we’re incredibly grateful that so much of our business comes from referrals from past clients, friends, family, and fellow real estate professionals. This one is especially bittersweet.

For the past 3½ years, this condo wasn’t just an investment, it was home to our daughter. It was where she built a life before her next adventure took her to another state, and saying goodbye to this home brings back so many wonderful memories.

We’re incredibly grateful to have closed on the sale for top dollar to a cash buyer in less than three weeks. Even more meaningful, we closed on my dad’s birthday. Although he’s no longer with us, it felt like a special reminder that he was celebrating this milestone with us from heaven. ❤️

Every home has a story, and this one will always hold a special place in our hearts. Here’s to new beginnings, cherished memories, and the people who are always with us in our hearts.
