A major milestone for IDM in Phoenix. 🎉

Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of Envision Dobbins, our first industrial development project in Phoenix, alongside our partners, city leaders, and tenant, United Foods International (UFI).

The 125,989 SF facility will serve as UFI’s primary production hub for America, supporting long-term growth and investment in the Phoenix market. This project came together through incredible collaboration between UFI, the City of Phoenix, Willmeng Construction, and the IDM team. We’re proud to be part of a development that will help drive economic growth and opportunity in the region.

While we’re still finalizing a few finishing touches, it was exciting to officially celebrate this achievement together! ✂️

Today we gained a few new "interns" for Bring Your Child to Work Day!

Our trainees got to work alongside their adult and see how we do things the IDM Way. They were treated to pizza for lunch, competed in a scavenger hunt, and were gifted their own badge! There was a lot of laughter and a little extra joy in the office today. 💙

What an incredible week for IDM Cares! 🤍

Across both our SW and PNW teams, we spent time in the community supporting organizations doing meaningful, everyday work.

In Phoenix, volunteers prepared brunch at Ronald McDonald House, supporting families with critically ill or injured children receiving care nearby.

In Vancouver, our team volunteered at ReTails Thrift Store, operated by the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, helping sort donations and organize the sales floor. Proceeds from the store directly support programs for both people and pets in the community.

We’re grateful to our community partners for welcoming us in and allowing us to support the incredible work they do every day.

This March, IDM is participating in a company-wide 30-Day Hydration challenge! Team members are encouraged to drink at least 64 ounces of water per day and track their progress each week. The winner receives a Smart Water Bottle!

This week, our SW teams joined forces with Hope Women's Center, Inc. in Phoenix to help women in need! Our volunteers assisted with various tasks, including creating Valentine themed toiletry and outreach packages as well as sorting clothing and toy donations for the center's boutique, where women can shop with points earned from attending life skill classes and job prep trainings.

Hope Women's Center has been providing counseling and outreach services to Arizona's most at-risk women and teen girls for over 40 years, and is truly a safe haven in the heart of the desert. Thank you for allowing us to play a small part in furthering your mission. 🩷
